Calibration
Pleiades Instruments propose on each product a calibration offer to warranty the metrological update of their system.
Calibration is realized by a technician onsite. A calibration certificate is valable 1 year following the calibration.
Photometric calibration
The reference product used for calibration are certified thanks to an organizations certified ISO 17025 (with associated certificate).
The calibration protocol of the company Pleiades follows a quality management certified ISO9001.
2 types of calibration are possibles :
- Calibration for lighting systems : This calibration is realized thanks to an halogen product composed of 2 calibration levels. The calibration coloris white (or incolor).
- Calibration for signaling systems : This calibration is realized thanks to halogen product composed of 3 colors (red, amber and incolor).
Power supplies calibration
This calibration allows to verify power supply which can be used to switch on products.
The hardware used is certified thanks to an organizations certified ISO 17025 (with assoicated certificate).
The calibration protocol of the company Pleiades follows a quality management certified ISO9001.
The power supply calibration is done on following characteristics :
- Verification of voltage values
- Verification of current values
Axis calibration
The calibration allows to verifiy axis positioning (rotating stage, goniometer, cutoff system axis)
The hardware used is certified thanks to an organizations certified ISO 17025 (with assoicated certificate).
The calibration protocol of the company Pleiades follows a quality management certified ISO9001.
The calibration is done foolowing characteristics :
