Pleiades Instruments offer on each product a complete annual maintenance offer aiming to maintain in operational condition systems.
This maintenance is composed with following services :
Remote technical support
Pleiades Instruments provides these customers with technical support to answer questions or problems related to the use and operation of our products.
This support is done through several tools :
Remote control (Webex, Hangout,…)
The technical support is available 5d/7 form 8.AM to 6.PM.
Technical support in the event of failure
If a failure occurs on the system and the system is not resolved remotely, the maintenance contract provides for an identical replacement of the defective equipment (after remote diagnosis by our technical team).
In this case there is 2 possible solutions :
Delivery of hardware and customer replacement with associated technical note and reomte support
On-site deployment of a PleiadesInstruments technician to replace and test hardware on the system.
The maintenance contract provides for an annual visit to verify that the system is functioning properly.
As part of the visit, several work is being done on the systems:
- Checking the operation of the different subsets of systems
- Calibration of the measurement chain and power supplies (for more information see Calibration).
- Software update
- Training on the latest software update
In addtion, the customer has the opportunity to make requests for software developments to meet specific normative needs or new functionalities.
Prior to acceptance, these applications are reviewed by the Pleiades Instruments technical team in order to analyze the relevance and feasibility of the applications.
