Pleiades Instruments offers a complete annual maintenance offer to each of its products in order to maintain the systems in operational condition.
This maintenance consists of the following services:
Remote technical support
Pleiades Instruments provides a technical support to these customers for questions or problems related for the use and operation of our products.
This support is made through several ways:
- Remote control (Webex, Hangout…)
Technical support is available 5d/7, from 8am to 6pm（france time）.
Technical support in the event of a breakdown
If a breakdown occurs on the system and the problem is not resolved by remote control, the maintenance contract provides the replacement of the defective hardware with identical materials (after remote diagnosis by our technical team).
In this case, 2 solutions are possible:
- Sending the hardware and replacement by the customer thanks to a technical note and remote technical support.
- Technical team of Pleiades Instruments replace and test the equipment of the system on plant.
The maintenance contract provides an annual visit on plant to ensure that the system is working properly.
During this visit, several verification are done on the systems:
- Verification of the operation of the various sub-systems of the systems
- Calibration of the measurement chain and power supplies (for more information, please see Calibration)
- Software update
- Training on the latest software update
During the maintenance contract, customers benefit from the latest software updates including patches, upgrades and new features.
In addition, the customer has the possibility to send requests for software evolutions to meet normative requirements or new specific functionalities.
Before acceptance, these requests are studied by the technical team of Pleiades Instruments in order to analyze the relevance and the feasibility of the applications.
